Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our services (time, labor, and processing), all sales are considered final once work has begun.

2. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund if:

    • processing has not yet started

  • Once processing begins:

    • refunds may be partial or unavailable

3. Work in Progress

If a cancellation is requested after work has started:

  • Charges will apply based on:

    • time spent

    • volume processed

4. Completed Services

  • Completed services are non-refundable

This includes:

  • digitized files delivered

  • completed scanning work

5. Service Issues

If there is an issue with your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We will review and:

    • correct errors if applicable

    • provide reasonable resolution

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • labor already performed

  • rush services

  • pickup/delivery fees (once completed)

7. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
