digitized files delivered

completed scanning work
5. Service Issues
If there is an issue with your order:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

correct errors if applicable

provide reasonable resolution

6. Non-Refundable Items

labor already performed

rush services

pickup/delivery fees (once completed)
7. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
